This section of the forum (proposed solutions) is very interesting because it shows no one can come to an agreement on anything. Not even on the basis of the solution!! So I will propose something, which will probably fail but who knows:

What if we were all to propose a BRIEF solution to the problem where we will briefly describe different aspects of the new constitution/government. We can decide on the aspects together. I have made a list but not sure if it is complete:

Basis (multizonal, BBF, unitary)
Refugees & Property
Executive branch (president, vp, council of presidents, prime minister)
Legislative Branch (senate/house(s))
Judicial Branch

After everyone suggest their own proposal we can decide which would be the best to work from and take it from there.

Of course in order for this to work the proposals have to be brief so we can all go through them quickly.

No one will comment on anyone's proposal until we have all finished and then we can take a vote on which one's to work from.

If anyone has suggestions as to how begin with this (ie adding more components to the list and how brief we should be) I welcome them here and then we can start a new thread with our proposed solutions.

Hope we can get some interest on this.

I've also though about adding Voting Rights and Security/Military to the list.
