i remember that erol cleverly used the cenosrhip filter provided by the forum in order to expand upon abbreviations (ie Greek Cypriot, Turkish Cypriot, Republic of Cyprus, etc)

i think i recently read a post that had the acronym right of return (right of return). i know its not used as often as the others but would it be possible to add that as well?

Well to get all pedantic on you I dont believe the function changes the orginal text at all per se. If I access the DB directly where posted text is stored it is exactly as the poster wrote it with no word filter changes. The 'word filters' are applied when this text is retrieved and renderd for display. So as long as the 'retrieving and displaying' is done after the addition of a new filter, it will show the effects of that filter - it doesnt go back through all histroic posts and change the source text.

There told you I was going to be pedantic :)
