| Hello all, I am new to this forum. I am tempted to invest in a 3 bed villa in the Coral Bay area, Peyia or Kato village. I have looked at some developers, one of them is Pafilia, has some impressive developments . I would welcome any advice or views from people who know the area. Many Thanks. |

I have several properties on my books for rent from Pafila, they seem to finish there projects off well. I haven't heard any complaints, they also seem to do the snagging quite well too.
Shop around look at as much stuff as you can, maybe rent before you buy to find the ideal place for you.
