Can someone please recommend to me a good wedding photographer in Cyprus (Larnaca/Protaras area)? I'm struggling to find someone now as the guy I had thought I was going to use wants thousands!

Thank you so much

These guys are quite popular in Nicosia, but I suspect they will pop down the coast if needed. They have a little camera shop too, but work mainly as photographers - not sure which phone number you should use...

"Photo Jimmy" (Demetris Pantzis) in Larnaca, not sure though if the address is still correct.
23, Grigori Afxentiou Ave
That used to be the shop address. Its when you go down from American Academy towards the police station on the right hand side. If I recall correctly before the Alto Cafe. Tel: 24-623238

No idea about prices though..... but found this on the net about him

(7. post from top) There are others mentioned on that page as well.

I know him and his pictures cause he lives in the same village I used to stay. :-)

We're having this man now - preferred to use someone who's done greek weddings rather than just English people abroad!

That's what I thought too - and his prices are really good compared to the other quotes I got (one wanted £2,0000!)

I'll post some on here anyway so you can see little me surrounded by the greeks...!

well, I was actually teasing you a bit. He willl definitely need your permission to publicise your pics. Unless its in his terms&conditions.
You should probably carefully read the small print.

I don't mind him putting them on his website at all as long as they're good.

yes, you don't, but maybe others do. As I've seen, there is also lots of pics from guests attending the weddings. This isn't something bad, I just meant to make you aware of it, not that you get into troubles afterwards when your guests find their pics online. See what I mean? :-)

That's true. I will definitely check when I get to Cyprus. Most guests probably don't even know how to turn a computer on anyway so it shouldn't be too much of a problem!

No that puzzled me too - thought someone was posing as me! Maybe it's Kyriacos something. KLB are just my initials - be KLC soon.
