hey guys i think i have the blackworm virus :? :? :?

what shall i do?!?

I have done all the virus scans and went onto symantec website to get the special tool to get rid of it, but uit didnt find it....
also, my norton looks like this:



will i need to reinstall norton? or shall i take it to pcworld to get it done over by them?


i need help!!!!

How many times have i told you not to download from unknown porn sites, you got what you deserved, a bad virus.

Try the Malicious Software Removal Tool by Microsoft. It is effective at things like this ...

thanks guys for the help...ive done all the searches/scans/virus checking i can, and none have founbd anything grr.

(my norton hasnt run out btw )

If i reinstall norton, will it erase my subscription? or should it still work?
