a some what rare book to find but a true gem. it gives an in depth look into the working of EOKA. tells the more believable side of the arguemnet. tells the story of how eoka was formed and its key objectives. The book also talks about how Grivas recruited new members and the emphasis he placed on trust and loyalty.
I found it from a specialist military book shop. the book is edited by Charles Foley. Foley was formely the editor of the Daily Express in London. He went on to found the Times of Cyprus. He also wrote a book about the Emergency titled Island in Revolt, which was his person account of events.

Hey, Erol's the genesis of this forum, I merely supported its creation. |
