| I've always thought Owen was a bit over-rated to be honest. He seems to rely on others delivering the ball to him, rather than being able to do what the real greats do and make their own luck. It's probably a judgement based only on the games I've seen him in, but other than his initial burst onto the scene versus Argentina, he hasn't impressed me that much. |

Liverpool certainly did not need him, but Newcastle with the new guy (don't know his name) on the left wing will give him the service he requires.....
and Moose, he is only like Van Nistelroy (spelling), Heskey and Shearer, all strikers who receive and pounce.
When he is on form he is like greased lightening. Lets see how good he can be.....
