| since moose turned the last forum's joke section into a joke can we stop him telling jokes. maybe he has to pm the joke and get an approval. |

friendly banter is fine in the non poltical sections, less so in the 'serious' sections.
At this stage I am not really looking for moderation / moderators. The hope would be that we keep out trouble makers and then we can all moderate ourselves, but we will see how things go. |
