| If and when i find time and i do a bit of weight lifting or general exercise i find that the song "Eye of the tiger" really hypes me up, what do you guys think. |

| Used to look like rocky but marriage, children and lots of good food and 31 with absolutely no exercise has taken its revenge on me big time. :cry: |

| I personally like to listen to something aggressive before any sports activites, normally something by Metallica in the car gets my blood pumping, adrenallin kicking in and making me feel alot more motivated. |
