Given your recent behaviour, your continued refusal to accept constructive criticism and recognise your complicity in this sorry episode, I think you do need such lessons on proper conduct. Anyway, you're giving me a headache, I will say no more to you on this issue, even in response to the next dose of superciliousness that you will no doubt demonstrate in your response to this post. You know what's expected of you, and I hope you will accord by the rules of this forum in future. |

cannedmoose wrote: No Bro', since Kifeas is playing silly buggers and trying yet again to undermine the authority of the moderators of this forum, let me play him at his own game. BTW Kifeas, I'm so awfully sorry that my ballpark chronology was slightly off-target, your ranting actually began way before 2am... To illustrate to you how you violated the rules of this forum, please find below a series of quotes from you that constituted personal insults and threats of violence. Hopefully this will make it clear to you that you are indeed a guilty party in this and will also demonstrate to others in this forum who haven't had the opportunity to read your comments exactly what level of debate you sank to on that evening.
I do not play silly baggers Moose! Are you?
What is your problem with the above posting in question then? It is the fact that I said I would happily eliminate dayi or anyone else that refuses to acknowledge my property and other human rights in pursue of his opportunistic and pro-partition dreams, and more specifically, if and when he chooses to step in my way to claim them?
Well, hear this Moose! I will repeat the same warning and /or threat in this forum, whenever it becomes necessary, and one million times if it becomes necessary, or until you ban me! As i said I have better things to do in life!
Tell me what you dispute on this issue? Do you dispute the fact that he believes and claims the things for which I accused him? He did not personally refute this fact. What else do you dispute Moose? Do you dispute the fact that when someone supports the perpetuation of the accomplished via war (an act of aggression) violation of my human rights, makes absolutely no difference than supporting a war itself, something that legitimizes any victim of such a war that his results he defends, to claim the right to undo those results through the same way? What is the difference between indirectly defending the spoils and the illegalities that a war has brought, and threatening someone with a war? Tell me where do you see the difference? What else do you dispute Moose? Do you dispute the fact that a war is all about eliminating people who fight it, on either side?
What do you dispute Moose? What is the difference between what dayi defends and what I counter defend and promise? Is it the fact that he defends an aggression that was done in the past and the perpetuation of its illegal consequences, whereas I threaten for something equal in the future so that the illegalities that he supports are undone? Is the first way (dayi’s) claim within the rules of the forum, and mine is not? Is the one claim legal and the other illegal? Is the one claim moral and the other immoral? C’mon Moose, give me more hypocritical lecturing! |

Kifeas, I can't avoid the feeling that you do not want to understand.
Its not about questioning your opinion or that you defend your viewpoint and stand your grounds towards EricD. The point is how you do this.
I thought we made that clear in the PMs to you and also in the warning.
I was hoping it would actually be superfluous that I write that again as I consider you intelligent enough to have understood what the problem is/was. |

I am quite intelligent and I also do not see any problem whatsoever! All I see is an abundance of hypocrisy! |

For me is enough what my brother Birkibrisli, one of the few decent people in this forum and whose views and opinion I value the most, has written in relation to this whole issue. I thank him the most for his understanding on this particular issue. This is what he wrote in another thread!

This is just about enough for me! |

| Not even the collective wisdom of one thousand of you, cannot match the wisdom of one man such as Birkibrisli. |

| I also think it would take 1,000 of Kifeas to equal one Birkibrisli. You've aptly demonstrated that with your refusal to recognise your failings and your continued talk of war. I respect BK because he is able to express himself without talking of violence and without attempting to portray himself as the oracle of truth as you do. You have a lot to learn Kifeas, I hope that one day you discover that your truth doesn't represent everyone else's. |

From people like Birkibrisli, most definitely yes! You also have to learn a lot from people like him. However, I hope you do not wish to claim that I have to learn from you any more than you have to learn from me. Certainly today you proved to me that you are incapable of distinguishing between the right of people to express their ideas and then non-right to promote illegal and /or immoral ideas. You also proved to me how difficult it is for you to be sincere. |

Kifeas, to be frank I'm fed up with this dialogue of the deaf. I don't agree with you, you don't agree with me, I suggest it ends there. I don't deny that I have a lot to learn, unlike you I don't claim to know everything. I'm quite comfortable with how I perceive what is right and what is wrong. To me, threats of violence against others is wrong, obviously to you, it is not, so I don't need any lessons in wisdom or moral values from you either. As for sincerity, I'm also quite confident that when I say something, most people appreciate that I've thought about what I'm saying and that I don't simply abuse them when I disagree. Again, on that score, I need take no lessons from you.
That's my final word on this issue anyway. I have no further interest in an endless circular argument with you, an argument that neither of us will ever win. |
