| I think there should be a most frequent poster list somewhere. That way we can find the regulars even though they were not one of the first few member with thousands of posts |

OK I ahve added a number of new 'stats' to the site statisics page here
http://www.talkcyprus.org/forum/statistics.php
Under the first 'block' (top posters)
We now have 'most active posters' which lists the 10 ten posters by average posts per day
Then we have "Top posting users this Month"
an
"Top posting users this week"
I am still looking at the possibility of changing the top 5 posters on the portal page - but this is trickier (for me with my limited skills) |

Suggestion: to improve readership; I would like 'Talkcyprus' to have a resource library. a depository. Something like the thread that I started, 'Cyprus directory of Public Information'. Somehow, in the programming, an automatic transcription of links we include in our postings, to a reference section. Imagine how quickly it can become a portal of information, if it is well organised, easy to use, to anyone who has come to rely on its comprehensiveness.
Can we have a choice of streaming radio, or music,orTV somewhere? |

Are you offering to produce adn maintain such a resource yourself or just requestion that someone else does so?
My personal reality is that I am already at the limits of my available time trying to keep the forum operating as it is. |

| Oh Mr. testaccount2, I am sure, by now, you know that I am justacockroach on this spaceship flying into new frontiers, it is why I ask for TV, too, to fill my void, but you must admit, That(my suggestion), would improve readership, maybe maintenance is automatic when the person who possesses the link fills in a 'referancecard', to complete their posting. |

For your info testaccount2 is erolz (me). My account erols is an admin account. If I delete posts using that account they are gone for goosd. In order to quarantine them I use this account.
There are many things that the site could do that may well increase membership here. However these things almost always require time and effort, as your suggestion would. If you are willing to put in that time and effort then I thank you for that and I will try and do what I can to maximise the results of such for the sites benefit. You talk of an authorative referance list. Such would undoubdetly be of use as it would also undoubdetly require effort ot produce and maintain if it is to be 'authorative' and up to date.
If you produce the content I will make every effort to incorporate it into the site in the best way I can - that is what I am saying. |

| If it meant that I could find all the links filed daily in one place and then spend time to sort them, I would be glad to make that commitment, however, I am a lowly cockroach, maybe wiley, and a great survivor, but by my computer, I have been sending e-mails for about six months now. so... set me up, dude. |

Another suggestion, bcause afterall, this is the suggestion box:
At the top of my screen I would like to see :
Talk Cyprus: bicommunal discussion and chat forum; Topic Heading...-Microso...
Is the first word Cyprus to attract the widest audience, by search engines? If not, the Trademark, when blogged, or by word of mouth, easier to say/see and to remember, similar to URL. |
