This site (which BBC News Online appears to think is the "Turkish Cypriot authorities") isn't ... it evidently lapsed - as I remember, it had not been updated for ages - and now links to a "business portal". Try it:

http://www.trncwashdc.org/

So, before I tell the BBC ... what would an appropriate link be?

There is this one

Not quite the same but a reasonable replacement I guess ?

This BBC article http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/4644652.stm already links 'Turkish Cypriot authorities' to http://www.trncpresidency.org/ - so that url would be a good suggestion.

OK, they're told.

(I wonder how the URLs are picked - they seem to be inconsistent. Possibly different page developers have different databases on different desktops).
