Try having a look at edit on your post above that has the video embedded in it.
Basically you use the 'flash' tag. Push the button once and it will add the following
Quote: [flash width=400 height=300 loop=true]
then after that paste in the stuff from google video link url starting with "http://video.google.com/" as far as "&playerMode=embedded"
so for example above this would be

The push the flash tag button again to close the tag and it will add
