To answer the original question.
Yes I do have the ability to send emails to all users (and could probably work out how to do so just for users with 0 posts).
However I am reluctant to 'over use' this facility. Such emails are to a degree spam, not something I want the site associated with.
I think perhaps a general 'the site is 6 moths old' email to all registered members is ok. More frequent than that and I start to have concerns. |
