Who agrees with Austria and the likes of Christian Democrat Merkel, and Right-wing Frenchy Sarkozy and D'Estaing that Turkey only be given "privileged partnership" as opposed to full EU membership? |

Turkey is already a privilged partner of the EU.
No other non-eu country has a common customs union with the EU. |

That's not true... all the EEA countries (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Switzerland) are part of the EU customs area. |

is gardash supposed to mean kardes. As i have no understand the word gardash. I am meaning that EU should feel priviledged to have special links with Turkey it was humour. |
