Who agrees with Austria and the likes of Christian Democrat Merkel, and Right-wing Frenchy Sarkozy and D'Estaing that Turkey only be given "privileged partnership" as opposed to full EU membership?

Turkey is already a privilged partner of the EU.
No other non-eu country has a common customs union with the EU.

Main_Source,

please do not contaminate this forum with the vomit that comes of your mouth. I should simply learn to ignore people like you.
And please do not come back at me with ridiculous claims such as "lol ... does the truth hurt so much" you will get no reply.
