From what I've seen, yes on surface it's the same, but it has some "hidden" new features under the hood. It also comes with a new (and hopefully improved) rendering engine.

Legend sounds better.
I reset my computer back to the way it was when i bought it and i only have service pack 1. How hard is it to get service pack 3?
And also in the top right hand side of my internet windows i have small sections of differently coloured blocks. Why?? |

Run Windows update. After you've done this, reboot and run it again. And again. Until there's nothing left to update. It will propably take a few hours, but it's the easiest solution.
