I would be extremely grateful if someone could tell me how to say the following sentence in Turkish: 'Cyprus: One island, one nation, one home that we share. Long live peace.'

If you don't have Turkish fonts or if you're just too lazy-arsed to write it properly, then write which accent it is next to the word, i.e.: Ki(undotted i)bri(undotted i)s, or birles(accent)mis(accent). For the undotted i just write undotted i, for any of the cedillas on the 'c' or 's' just put accent, and put diaerisis for the to dots above the 'o' or 'u'.

If I ever need any other Turkish words, I'll come here if you don't mind.

If you meant "the home we share" only, then the translation is follow:

If you meant "We share the island, the nation and the home" then the sentence changes as follow:

You know, Turkish has a very different structure than English, so it might be difficult to do one to one translation, but I will give you the closest meaning

Bizler bir adayı, bir ülkeyi, bir bağımsızlığı paylaşıyoruz. Kıbrıs: Tek millet.

By the way, in your personal quote, birleşmiş should be birleşik.

Birlesik and birlesmis both mean "united" but they are used in different context. Like when you want to say "united nations" you use "birlesmis", but when you want to say "i would like to work for a united cyprus" then you use "birlesik". Another example is, United states of ameria is "amerika birlesik devletleri" not "amerika birlesmis devletleri".
