In the 60s and 70s there was 2 Cypriot famous drinks: Brandy Sour & Shandy:(Beer & Lemonade):
Now someone said it is Zivana:
BUT personal favorite is the village wine: Go to any village in Cyprus and ask them for their locally made drop of nectar! It is belissimo!
No modern technology: Only the SUN and the rain and Gods Blessing:

PS No bloody preservatives, No bloody coloring, No Bloody fragmenting agents and all the toxins to cut your life shorter:
My wife likes Comandaria and Lemonade and my girlfriend Vodka on the rocks NO ice! |

who likes triantafilo(sugary rose cordial) with milk? .I drank as a kid in Cyprus and nearly became diabetic in one hit!efkikan ta undera mou(it disembowled me)!

You forgot the key ingredient what about the dirty Footy socks, bunions and ingrown toe nails of the inbred villagers! Very refreshing and can be used as a pesticide. |
