Resi is a food offered at traditional weddings in the district of Paphos and some villages in Limassol. I wonder if it is also served in other areas and if the T/Cs originating from Paphos also know it. Basically it's wheat boiled with lamb's meat.It sound horrible but i can assure you it's damn tasty...!!!!

I love the stuff and usually end up eating my husbands portion as well!
