1963 Constitutional crisis

At the moment from the many discussions i have had i believe that the Greek Cypriot will not let the Turkish Cypriot in until a solution and as such are holding the goverment by defacto and are basicly the caretaker goverment.

hmmm, i thought that was the case, but im suprised it hasnt been suggested as such that the Turkish Cypriots just decide to 'go back', then that would definately make something happen, it would show people we actually want to get back together and force the Greek Cypriot to work with teh Turkish Cypriot (cos image is everything for the Greek Cypriot govt i feel, if they reject the Turkish Cypriot, then that would be a huge blow to the idea that the Turkish Cypriot are in the wrong)!
