Cyprus rental law - rental agreements

Hi All,

Can someone point me to website or organization where I can find an overview of the laws that apply in Cyprus to rental agreements for houses, apartments, etc. I'm also looking for a model of a rental contract (in Greek). I'm thinking that groups like the consumer organization or home-owners organization might have such information (do this kind of organizations exist in Cyprus)?

What would be average monthly rent for a 100m², 2-bedroom house (one floor only), totally renovated (new flooring, new windows, new bathrooms and kitchen) in Ayios Dometios (Lefkosia)?
