Thank you moose. Mrs. 2fan and I attended a ball last night and we had a blast. Muazez Ersoy came and serenated many happy Turks and Americans. If you all like I'll post some pics of the event.
One more thing. I have never EVER won anything in my life before. Last night my wife bought 2 friggin raffle tickets and won a trip to istanbul. I never win anything.  |

I was looking forward to going to a conference in Istanbul earlier this year... then bloody George Bush decided to hold the NATO conference there at the same time, so I had to go to Bologna instead (might I add I loath Italy, so wasn't best pleased). I was really looking forward to it and look forward to going one day, with Mrs. Moose unwillingly in tow.
P.S. Well done Tufan on your trip!
P.P.S. Off to watch a DVD of The Amityville Horror, will post a review once I've watched it... if I'm not too scared to venture upstairs to my study to post it...  |
