Oooopss Not really with it today, my friend came round last night and we sat till the early hours drinking, my head really aches and i need sleep. |
Sounds like a "31 excuse"...... |
Brother,I know 31 is an alcoholic drink, and I never had it because I was too young when I left, but I wonder if City knows what the other meaning of 31 is in Turkish Cypriot parlance??? She would never use the above sentense would she?BTW,do Greek Cypriots use "31" the same way as us???I don't mean the drink |
31 for Turkish Cypriot means and is commonly used as for Greek Cypriot i think they use the same expression but i will let another forum member correct me if i am wrong.
So it is pretty rude. |

ok, then I will express my sincere apologies and rephrase my previous post
"bro, that sounds like an excuse, due to the impact of a certain drink"
I'm sure there are other threads in this forum where 31 was used in a suspicious way. I'm wondering that noone came up with that turkish explanation on an earlier occasion..... |
